Privacy

Updated 11/14/2019

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Payment Pilot (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding any and all information collected from the Payment Pilot website (www.paymentpilot.com) visitors (“Users”). It describes what information is collected, how that information is used, and under what circumstances that information may be disclosed to others in the course of providing our services to you (the “Services”) and otherwise operating our business. Please read this Privacy Policy closely, as it describes your privacy rights with respect to such information.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and accept its terms. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy after your close and careful reading, you should not access or use the Site. You must be 18 years or older to use the Site.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version to the Site. Any modification will be effective on the revision date that appears at the top of the page. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy from time to time in order to learn about any modifications.

This privacy policy applies to www.paymentpilot.com and all websites owned and/or operated by PAYMENT PILOT on which this privacy policy is displayed (such sites are hereafter referred to as the “BMG site,” or simply the “Site”, whether individually or collectively).

How our Site Works.

Our Site provides online marketplace and information services for personal financial products, including credit cards, personal loans, automobile (auto) loans and similar products (collectively, “Products”). In doing so, we act as intermediary between Users who are interested in such Products, and a variety of non-affiliated banks, lenders, and other financial services institutions (“Providers”) who provide opportunities to apply for such Products. Product opportunities are presented as display advertisements on our Site that, when clicked on, take you to the website of a Provider.

Part of our Service is to select Product opportunities that might interest you through our Inquiry process. An “Inquiry” occurs when you choose to submit Information to us through a form on our Site so we can retrieve and show you opportunities for credit cards, loans, or other Products. We are NOT a bank, lender, credit card issuer, or any other type of creditor, and therefore DO NOT make loans or credit decisions in connection with loans or issuing credit cards. We offer marketing and other business services to the Providers who advertise their Product opportunities through our Site. We do not endorse or recommend any particular Provider, or the Products of any such Provider.
